Re-Create Who You Are

Re-create who you once were and say goodbye to what once was. If you live with uncertainty or have had troubles in your past, change those events. You have to re-create those events and turn them into lessons. Turn those lessons into positives events that will mold you into the person you want to become.

Take that lesson; be it trust, relationships, guilt, or whatever it is, and learn from it. Don't carry the situation with you because it will manifest itself in others and you will relive the same lessons.

If you were born into a healthy environment, you learn love, trust, and stability, among other things. When you are not born into that type of environment, you have to focus on the kind of life you want to have and you have to constantly reinforce in yourself that you are worthy of having it. You have to re-create yourself and the events in your life so that you can start paving the way to a better life.

Regardless if you are starting over after a divorce, or starting over after the loss of a loved one, or starting over for a better life, you can do it. Each and every step you take is an important one. Envision the life that you want for yourself. Start writing your game plan on how you plan on achieving it. Tell yourself daily that you are worth having it. Take those necessary steps to achieve it.

I don't want things to be like this anymore, I have had enough! Those are heavy words that scream of a desire for change. Now plan for those changes that you want to happen. Start by eliminating the things that you don't want in your life anymore. Say goodbye to the places, people and things that are not getting you where you want to be. Always keep a positive attitude wherever you go and in whatever you do.

Life is a journey. If it doesn't move you into a positive place, make that change. You have to be willing to walk away from the things that are not moving you into the direction you want to go and welcome the changes that bring you to a better place. Surround yourself with positive people going in the same direction you are. Only you can do it, no one else can. You have it within you to make those changes.

Turn Fear Into Love

If you look around you, there are fear messages all around you. The news is saturated with fear messages and most conversations tend to revolve around some form of fear. With fear being in the main stream, it can be challenging and you can even get weary if you're trying to hold the light when no one else seems to be doing that around you.

I get it. I've seen angels since I was a child. I read people's energies and know things about them that they may never understand. I've brought bugs back to life when they were squooshed and it seemed there was no hope for them with my healing gift. I've fought for my right to just feel what I feel without being told I'm crazy or too sensitive and in the process of it all I have lost myself many times, fallen and scraped my knees more times than I can count, lived on the streets, I have been beaten and still I wondered why no one else felt the things that I did deep in my soul.

One word. FEAR.

Everyone is emotionally sensitive. Everyone has spiritual gifts. Everyone can tap into their inner wisdom, the light, God, Infinite Spirit and be in the flow of manifesting what they desire. Many have lost their way.

They've been told to be a certain way. Boys have been told not to cry, to tough it out and macho up. Girls have been told "Shhhh... that's not very lady like" and this still happens because I see it every day. Over the years people have been placed into categories, held up to expectations by others, told they were bad, given tools for war rather than tools for peace and love and now we live in a world where people are struggling to feel love, struggling to feel happy and struggling to get through tough times.

So let's bring in some light. You may identify with some part of this. I wanted to be transparent because there is a gift in my rich past experience and I know that. I would be selfish not to share it with you so I share it with the intention that it spark some light within you.

How to turn fear into love.

First of all you must be willing to buck the crowd at times. Not everyone is going to get the light right away. Some may go away and others may take a while to come around. It's not about them. It's about YOU claiming your right to light and to living your life from that place. That means getting up and sending light to the people in your home, at work, at the store and doing everything you do in the light.

Create a practice that will help you tune into more love and light in your heart. Meditate, journal, read spiritual books, join a spiritual group, hire a mentor who can hold the space for you and practice saturating yourself in lighter thought forms, lighter feelings, lighter perceptions. The heavier stuff will start to fall away.

Face the fears about being in the light and thinking you'll be rejected. When you release rejection and the fears around BEING YOU for all that you are then a cellular change begins to take place. Energetically you begin to shift into a different way of being. You'll naturally be in harmony with the world around you and resistance, challenges and obstacles will start to disappear.

You have a right to be the light. In fact it is your spiritual responsibility to everyone on this planet. Fear has only created pain, separation and war. Only love and light will remove fear from your life.

You owe it to yourself, your family and the rest of the world to finally drop your story, drop the fear, drop the pain, drop the drama and claim today that you will begin to write a new story that will fulfill you, heal you, nurture you, support you and in turn spread to those around you.

Being A Surprisingly Romantic Bachelor, Does It Really Matter?

Whether you're single or together with your sweetheart, what we'd be talking about today would be rather focused on helping guys like you make the most out of relationships. Though, life has a plethora of aspects to mention, it's always love that matters the most for it gives meaning out of everyone's lives - which is enough reason why learning to keep your girl hooked up to you is a must. So, if you are on the same boat here with the purpose of knowing how to make your girl happy, stay faithful and tend to give you what every man would want from his lady, you will need to take action for the stuff that are considered to be the fundamentals.

The first key to a successful relationship is to be a man of romance - full of surprises. There are guys who practice it during early parts of their relationships, but stop doing so in the long run. On another note, there are others who never really get the point of it and would rather not do anything at all, which slowly dries out their women out of boredom. Think about it; what's the point of dating a girl without even having the thoughtfulness that would make her filled up with joy? Metaphorically speaking, women are just as fragile as plants: keep them watered for vitality - keeping them lively - for their own survival.

Also, you don't really have to break the bank in surprising your beloved woman. Just remember to always be consistent with it. To help you with that, there's one thing that you need to bear in mind at all times: Make a weekly reminder within your e-mail account or with your handheld phone. Ever week should have at least one act of thoughtful romance for your girl and don't overdo. Otherwise, the feeling of surprise on her end won't be there anymore since it has become a routine. Just like using up skills in an RPG game, give some cool down time before you execute the next move. Another thing you should know is that you should not make an obvious pattern. For instance, don't always do it every Friday or any certain day every week - make things random and that will make her excited all the time.

Some wonderful ideas for romantic acts are actually the simplest ones. A good example would be to lead throughout a dark hall where there's actually a candle-light table setting on an end for you two to dine. Another one would be to slip a note inside her office desk before she gets to the office, telling her to look back where she can sight a bouquet of flowers by the window pane. It can be anything really and for a quick source of simply marvellous acts for true romanticism, you can do a Google search.

As soon as now, start making plans on how to surprise your girl. You only live once and so does your girl, which means you have to take advantage of every chance to make your girl the happiest she can ever be.

Debt And Depression, You Are Not Alone, Find Understanding And Support

Debt has become one of the major problems of many families worldwide. Failure to repay debt on time negatively contributes to the credit rating of a person aside from the fact it ruins family ties and relationships.

There have been lots of warnings about getting debt as it may cause greater economic and financial difficulties later on. But as the promise of instant luxurious life lingers on, many people are still encouraged and lured to take out loans which they regret later on. From a small amount of loan, it can grow into a 5 to 6-digit debt which you may find difficult to repay later on.

People who are surrounded by mountains of debt are usually plagued with lots of notices and letters from lending companies regularly. This makes their life even miserable. In the long run, it may cause the onset of depression which when left unaddressed can lead to suicide. In fact, more and more people are committing suicide due to their inability and difficulty in repaying their debts on time.

What Are The Most Common Symptoms of Depression Caused by Debt?

Aside from their debts, people who tend to borrow a lot still have a lot in common. They share a number of symptoms such as the following:

Feeling of guilt, hopelessness and helplessness when thinking about debt
Being intolerant and irritable with other people especially when talking about debt
Lack of motivation or interest in doing some particular things
Trouble in formulating decisions especially when it comes to repaying debts
Constant pessimism
Poor self esteem and low self-confidence
Suicidal tendencies
Change in appetite
Lack of interest to engage in sexual activities
Unexplained pains and aches
Loss of interest to engage in hobbies
Difficulties in dealing with people at home and in the workplace
Reluctance to participate in social activities and endeavours

What To Do To Fight Off Depression Caused by Debt?

According to research, around 9 out of every 10 people who are facing serious debt issues actually suffer from mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression. According to experts, depression is pretty normal to people who are confronted with high amount of debt. While some people are lucky enough to pull themselves out of this burdensome condition, there are others who are having a hard time dealing with it, which pushed them to commit suicide.

Running to Family Members and Friends

If you are in a troublesome financial difficulty right now, you are not alone! Many people had been on your shoes before they have managed to overcome their condition, moved on and succeed. Thanks to their friends and families!

Confiding your financial issues with your friends and families can help you feel better. You will need all the love and support they can give in overcoming your situation. In some instances, they can even help you formulate ways on how you can generate money to repay your debt. In situation like this, shame and embarrassment should be less considered. It cannot help you in finding solutions to your problems.

Call a Crisis Hotline

There are definitely lots of hotlines to call if you found yourself amidst depression due to the failure and inability of repaying your debts. If you are unsure about confiding your problems with a psychologist, therapist or a counsellor, calling these hotlines is definitely beneficial. They are expert at dealing with your problems and it is such a relief to divulge your problems with them. They can also help you in finding effective ways on how you can resolve your problem successfully. You don't have to reveal your real identity if you don't want to but you can get a lot of support and helpful advices from them.

Join Support Groups

There are lots of online and social support groups which can help you in finding solutions to your problem. Many members of these support groups have also been on your shoes before so there's really nothing to be embarrassed about. You all share the same experiences and from them, you will definitely learn your lessons.

More often than not, people who are suffering from depression due to massive amounts of debt feel that they are alone in their struggle. Lack of support from their environment usually triggers them to resolve their problems all by themselves, by committing suicide.

Be There!

If you love a friend, be there for him or her. More often than not, people who regularly receive with utility bills, notices and letters from lending companies have poor judgment. They cannot think logically which may trigger them to contemplate suicide. Listen to his problems, talk to him and support him. This is one of the best ways to keep his spirit up and prevent him from considering suicide as a solution to his problem.

Are You Prepared to Survive a Disaster?

Around the world the past decade we have seen so many natural disasters that have affected so many people. I started to ask myself would I be prepared if something happened to us, would we be prepared to survive in the event of a tornado, flood, or event an earthquake? If we had to leave, where would I go and what would I take with me to survive for at least 72 hours? Are you prepared to take care of your family in the event of a disaster? Let's look at what we would need to do to answer some of these questions to help you to survive until you are ready to return to your home.

I think a check list would be a great place to start, get some items together to prepare a bug out bag with emergency supplies consisting of water, food, and some sort of shelter. This could consist of sleeping bags, tents and a first aid kit. Water is the most important thing to have on hand, make sure you have some water in storage one way or another. Bottled or in jugs, you may want to buy some sort of filtration system in case you need to filter water to drink. A person needs at least two quarts of water per day to sustain proper hydration. Figure a gallon of water per person for all needs of hydration, cooking and hygiene. Having the skills of obtaining and sanitizing water can be the difference life and death for you and your family since you can go without for more than three days.

Food should also be a concern, if there is any kind of disruption in your area you can expect things to run out at the store in a matter of hours. If you wait too long then you lose and so does your family, food storage and rotation would be a good practice to start as soon as possible. I would keep at the very least a month's supply of food somewhere in the house for an emergency. You should calculate how much food by how many members there are in your family that you would have to feed. Shelter is another important item if you have to leave your home. Do you have some place else to go, if the disaster is really bad and affecting a lot of people in your area would you have to put up a tent? This is something would have to consider because you never know what could happen and you had nowhere to stay.

Power would be another consideration, what if you lost power during a tornado, snow storm? You could be sitting on the couch watching TV and the power goes out, would you know where to find a flashlight in a moment's notice without stumbling over something in the process? Do you have a generator in case the power is out for days? Food would go bad, no heat or air-conditioning, no water from the facet if the power plant is down. Be prepared to have these items on hand for you and your family, don't get left in the dark.

Know your region and what possible disaster threats could happen to you and your family; even pack something in your car to be ready, you could be caught in a snow storm and would be ready to survive until help arrives. These are a few things you need to consider to sustain you and your family to be safe in the event of a disaster. Be prepared so you won't be one of the many who will not be ready for disaster. Visit this website survive2dazeworld.com for more information on how to prepare your family for survival.

She feels inclined to ask others if they too are prepared and give them ideas and resources to be prepared for any disaster. Why Do Some People Leave a Mark in Our Lives?

Some people leave our lives and we do not even feel their departure while others only become acknowledged briefly, yet they leave a huge mark upon us. It's not with the quantity of time that we spend with them or the number of times we meet, but perhaps you'd meet someone only once and they leave a mark on you.

Words are the strongest weapon because a simple word can make you happy, a small compliment or a little bit of inspiration is what does all the magic. It's not that the people who leave a mark on you know a lot, but rather all they do is speak frankly, open their minds and hearts and allow you to feel the warmth of their heart before anything else. It is never the amount of rude knowledge that leaves a mark on you, although sometimes knowledge itself is the most influential aspect of any person.

Most of the time, knowledge works like magic, and magic in definition - of course, aside from any mythological though and in pure philosophy - is merely understanding of methods and tools from the shallowest point to the deepest one. With that being said, it's initial that you understand that merely the psychological knowledge is what makes someone so understanding of different topics as people with more psychological knowledge will tend to read the people they meet without too much effort and they would not be doing that knowingly, but rather their subconscious works on that matter on its own.

While some people leave a positive mark on our life, others tend to leave pain. But either situation should be utilized. If you are left with negative feelings towards someone because they hurt you, whether it was related to your personal or professional life, you should have deeper understanding of the situation and just because you might have gotten fired or dumped or treated in a bad way by someone, it does not mean that life stops there and then.

And when someone influences you in a good way, you should reach an understanding of exactly what they have done and instead of just living happily with what they have done, you should learn how to do the exact same thing, of course, without setting a mental barrier that you have to do it in the exact same way. A motivational speech does not require the same personality, but change is usually good and while you might not have the powerful ability of giving out a speech to motivate someone to do something in order to get one step closer to their goal, you still remain influential.

You should not ask why this person or that set a mark in your life but you should ask yourself how; how to get rid of the bad mark that hurts your reputation or how to keep that mark alive. It's of the utmost importance that you do not simply let things go when they are powerful but come to an understanding of every single situation you are appointed to.

Did You Quit

I've just created a new saying "If it Doesn't Fit You Must Have Quit!" And it's so true - we all do it - we quit on ourselves. It can be devastating, depressing and cause a related lack of confidence about ever being able to work on your goal again.

So why do we Quit and what can we do about it?

Here are your 6 Reasons and their Solutions:

#1 Not fully committed to ourselves. Whether it's your program or whatever you say you want if you are not on board and totally "All-In" you will sit on the fence and not move forward.

The Solution: Committing to yourself starts with believing you are worth it. If you don't have that belief you need to hire it. Get support from a professional who will provide you with all the belief you need until you have it on your own.

#2 Distractions. Other things take priority which is often a huge issue for women. You know the re-model, the kids, housecleaning, caring for everyone else (and not yourself).

The Solution: Just say no to distractions. Start your day with pen in hand and write down your 5 priorities - nothing else matters until you get these done. Be laser focused. It's the same with bigger goals, too. If you want to lose weight and be healthy then the next time the cheesecake floats past you at your family dinner let it pass you by. On a good program you should feel nourished and balanced enough to forego any of these environmental triggers. Make yourself and your goals a priority. Unless you have small children everyone else can take care of themselves - really, they can.

#3 Lose Faith. You are full of self doubt. You wonder "Will this really work? Is it working? Will it ever work? Second guessing by not trusting yourself or who you're working with is very self sabotaging.

The Solution: A funny thing about health and wellness is it doesn't come from out of the blue. Sure when you're young it doesn't require much effort to stay healthy and lean. But as you get older more effort is required. So if you take the necessary steps to lose weight and/or stay healthy by eating well, having 3 meals a day, eating fresh fruits and vegetables, exercising - you will get the results - there is no doubt.

#4 Wanting a Quick Fix. Sometimes the problem with healthy weight loss is it takes longer than you'd like in order to see results. There may be deep complex issues going on whether biochemical or behavioral.

The Solution: There is no such thing as a Quick Fix. Even though I call one of my Weight Loss Programs Quick Fix it isn't really it's very healthy but it's a catchy name - don't you think? Losing 10 lbs over 2 days is only temporary and the more you engage in this kind of fad the more damage you will do to your body. Your body's resilient but you can not continually abuse it without consequences. Your body most likely will stop losing weight and functioning well. Do the right thing the right way - slow, gradual and supportive change is the only way to go.

#5 Bright Shiny Object Syndrome. Also called the Grass is Greener Syndrome. or "I want what she's having" the classic line from When Harry Met Sally. You start something and quit when you see something else then you try that for a short period and quit - setting up this vicious cycle.

The Solution: Decide to honor your decision and stick with it. There will always be something out there that appears better, quicker and easier. It's more tantalizing. You need to stick with your health regimen. Starting and stopping will never give you what you need and want and it's hard on both your mind and body. It will only deplete and depress you. So decide, do it, get the help you need and see your life change

#6 Listening to Everyone Else. You think you're committed but then 5 friends or family members have a better idea and offer their opinion. You end up being confused and without consulting an expert you quit.

The Solution: Stop listening to everyone and anyone. Everyone has an opinion "you should do the Belly Fat or Cookie Diet" says Aunt Shirley. Stop the confusion it will only paralyze you and you'll never get started. You may not want to tell anyone what you're doing initially. Get used to the new program you're on, work with someone who'll help you stay the course. Then let others come to you and ask YOU what YOU'RE doing and what advice YOU can offer THEM. You have now become the expert of YOU - congratulations!

Be Positive! Live Longer!

Each new day brings its own problems, situations, and worries that could alter our peaceful lives but not everybody has the ability to bear it. Some of us will see it as a heavy burden to carry and others will see it as an opportunity to obtain something positive out of it. The difference between these two types of persons is called positive thinking or positive attitude against an unpleasant situation!

If you feel that you are one of those persons who lack of positive thinking, the good news is that you can achieve it and master it. It's not an easy task, but it is possible. Drop by drop.

Even though positive thinking is associated with self-control, in this article we'll focus our attention on how to create a positive thinking and the benefits it brings about.

Positive Thinking

Our mind has been compared to a big stage where good or bad characters (thoughts) could come to be the main characters in each play. Even though, as a stage director, you prefer the good and positive characters in the scene, sometimes you'll notice that unexpectedly bad personages will also appear capturing your attention and getting over the good ones if an immediate action is not taken. So, what could you do?

- Always remember that everything "IS" in your mind and you can control it no matter how difficult you think this is. After all, you are the stage director, aren't you? This is not about climbing a wall o jumping over a river. This is about controlling your thoughts; the foundation of your feelings and the engine of your acts.

- Identify and write down on a paper a list of the areas of your life that you typically think in a negative way and start analyzing in which way you could approach them in a positive way. Organize that list by putting in first place the easy ones. Don't try to change all of them in one shot or one day. This is a new habit for you. You need to adapt your mind to this new concept or way of thinking. Once you have conquered the first one on the list, you will probably be more confident about yourself to overcome the second one, and so on.

- Check your thoughts periodically. Evaluate them. If you feel that you are improving them, this is excellent! Keep going and don't stop! But, if you feel they are still in square one, don't give-up, don't lower your arms, just try harder. You can do it!

- Change the way of approaching different situations.

Instead of saying "It's too complicated," you could say "I'll deal with it from a different point of view."

Instead of saying "No one bothers communicating with me," you could say "I'll see if I can open the channels of communications."

As we mentioned before, this is new habit for you, so practice, practice, practice until your brain get used to it.

- Smile! Show your teeth! You surely have a beautiful smile.

- Be open to humor. Remember that a happy face is always contagious. You are helping not only yourself but also those who are around you. You never know who could be in your same situation.

- Eat healthy. Engage in physical activities. Go to bed early and get up early. These simple rules we'll give you all the energy you need to go throughout the day with a positive mind.

- Get involved with positive people even though it means changing your social life. Don't take the risk of having to start all over again.

Life could be compared to a boat. Sooner or later, you'll find people around you who had fallen in the water just complaining about their life, family, work, etc. Everything looks negative and bad to them and although the line is extended so they can be saved, in their mind they are so busy still complaining that they are blinded to see the opportunity to get back to the boat. You have taken the decision to stay out of the water, so keep swimming because the boat is right there.

- Never get empty or lazy mind moments. If you do so, it could become your enemy and fuel for "bad characters". Always keep yourself and your mind busy. Dedicate time to yourself, read good books, watch inspiring movies, talk more frequently to your love ones, and help those in need.

Benefits of Positive Thinking

Although, researchers still continues to study the benefits of positive thinking, we would like to share at least 6 of them:

- Lower levels of stress

- Lower rate of depression

- Reduced chance of heart attack

- Better and more stable physical and mental states

- Increased life span

- A big happy face!

Conclusion:

As we said before, each new day brings its own problems, situations, and worries. Don't pretend that life always will be pink. You'll have grey moments and it is OK. Actually, grey moments are necessary; otherwise, how can you progress in life? How can you know that something is sweet when you don't know how bitter tastes? How can you know that something is beautiful when you don't know what ugly is? You always need a contrast in life, an opposition.

Start creating positive thinking habits. That's your main goal if you want to succeed in life.

Never forget that you are unique in this world and that makes you an especial and important person in this life. No matter how hard your way through life could be, you'll always have the potential to raise yourself above all your problems; you'll never receive more weight than the weight you can bear.

Start today making the changes you consider necessary and it will bring you happiness and peace in your life. Providing useful self development, self empowerment and self esteem tips and reviews online.
