Time sometimes just flies by without us taking the time to evaluate what we are doing and why we are doing it. I try to improve myself every day. I miss some days. I even miss some months. With so many distractions around us, it's difficult to focus on what's most important.

Now they are obviously not a perfect company, but they are extremely successful. And I believe the key ingredient to their success is focus. They know what types of homes they want and they do not deviate from the plan.
